At the Diner

The diner is a staple of American culinary culture and in Ithaca’s Fall Creek neighborhood, you can get a taste of it at the Lincoln Street Diner. It has been popular amongst locals, students, and visitors alike for decades. Owner Christopher O’Brien and long-time waitress Jolie Waite tell us what it’s like to be behind the counter, the story of their signature dish “The Ziffy”, and the shenanigans that make people want to come back.
